Recently, Henan Dongfanglong Machine Manufacture Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the rigorous on-site audit conducted by the American Petroleum Institute (API), and officially renewed the full set of latest-version API certificates including API Spec Q1 Quality Management System, API Spec 5CT Tubing & Casing Standard, API Spec 5B Threading Standard. We retain the official API monogram authorization for all our oilfield tubular goods.

API Q1 is the exclusive quality system standard for petroleum manufacturers, serving as the foundation of all API product certifications;
API 5CT governs the overall performance, steel grades and mechanical properties of casing, tubing and couplings;
API 5B specifies all thread machining tolerances, gauging inspection requirements, ensuring tight connection and anti-galling performance, especially suitable for our L80 13Cr stainless steel tubulars.
The updated API editions raise stricter requirements on heat treatment, thread precision, non-destructive testing and corrosion resistance. We upgraded intelligent thread production lines, optimized copper plating technology for coupling threads and built full-process quality traceability system to pass the audit smoothly.
